“The Starbucks was closed when we checked in at 3 and the rest of the night on a Saturday which I thought was crazy. Then the pool was clean and lit up and when I asked what time it closes she said it’s not open yet. The pull out couch wasn’t made up. There wasn’t even a top sheet over the mattress. I had to call down for sheets and comforter for it even though upon checking in I let them know I needed a room with a pull out couch. For such an expensive hotel room. “Our room, main floors, and the workout room are all very dirty. The carpets are covered in stains, the workout equipment has not been cleaned and is very dirty. The room we had needed deep cleaned. The pictures online look much nicer than it is in person. We were okay with our stay as it was only one night. It definitely was not as expected.
