“Checked in with my wife the ac unit did not work it was about 80 degrees in our room and smelled like wet laundry asked to be moved to another room and staff sent a repair person to our room instead and he was there for about 30 min and didn’t get to fix the ac unit “this was at about 10pm after traveling since 4 am” we were forced to sleep in the room we were in until the next morning where we decided to check out and move to another hotel and that’s when the morning staff offered us a new room...

“The check in process started good until we learned that the property was under renovation and breakfast is a grab and go bag. That was disappointing but not that important to us. However it was the bathroom situation that repulsed us. The tub was yellow and the shower knob looked moldy. We mentioned the situation to the front desk and to see if they could clean it but was told cleaning crew was not available but if we want we can be provided with material to clean it ourselves. “Room was so cold I had to get a space heater even after complaining about it and given extra blankets. They only allow two bath towels per room so I had to buy bath towels from Target. Sink was slow to drain. The tub and shower both ran at the same time. No microwave or fridge in room. Most of the staff was okay except the young girl at the front desk who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Inexpensive hotel, but not worth the money you're saving. ”
