"The room is filthy, there's black mold in the tub, the carpets were dirty, only one light worked, the other didnt have a light bulb and the other flickered on and off and the TV service was horrible and the phone didnt work! Oh and not to mention says book for 2 queen beds and they're full ..."

"after check in we tried to shower and there was no hot water available in the bathroom. even after letting the water run for 10 minutes the temperature was the same. I asked the desk clerk about it and there was little to no reaction or any action to inspect the issue or call a maintenance person ..."
