The formal living area has a gas fireplace, leather sofas, and 75-inch smart TV with streaming.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, 6-burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and drip coffee makers.
