Impostazione ispirata giapponese sulla costa della California

Chiamato "Koketsu" (giapponese per "niente azzardato nulla guadagnato"), ti godrai un ambiente sereno e caldo, splendidamente decorato
Goditi le viste ravvicinate sull'Oceano Pacifico da Living Room, Dining Room, Den, Kitchen e Master Bedroom Suite (che include una vasca incassata, doccia esterna e vasca idromassaggio adiacente).

Ci sono due suite per gli ospiti (configurazione twin o king); uno con doccia; uno con vasca e doccia.

Una pensione separata ha re configurazione e doccia e vasca da bagno. Questa casa è inclusa nella tariffa e non viene mai affittata separatamente.

L'occupazione totale di Koketsu è di otto persone se viene utilizzata la Guest House.

Tutte le camere si affacciano su un cortile interno che circonda un incantevole stagno koi. I bambini piccoli devono essere monitorati quando sono vicini all'acqua.

Koketsu ha la sua entrata controllata da Spyglass Hill Road. Una politica NO NO SHOE e NO Smoking si applica a tutti gli spazi interni.

Beautiful property, excellent location

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The property was gorgeous with an awesome location, close to Monterey, Carmel and Laguna Seca. The common areas are relaxing with beautiful views and the bedrooms are large and private (master bedroom ocean view is stunning). The kitchen was well equipped and a great gathering spot. The property manager, Cheryl, was responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. The koi and local wildlife were great to watch, and the beach right across the road made for a lovely stroll. We will be back!

We have stayed here multiple times. One of the most scenic spots in the world and the views from the property are spectacular. Kitchen is amazing. Everything you would need. Each of the four rooms is distinct and separate from the others for privacy. The property manager is a joy to work with. It doesn't get any better than this.

Views from Koketsu are even better than pictured. What a fantastic spot to spend a week, or more. Beautiful Zen Home & Perfect Getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful and magical 2018 holiday stay at the Koketsu house. The house is unique, one of the most beautiful homes at which I have ever stayed. The Japanese-inspired house is a short walking distance to the beach, and close to the Pebble Beach Golf Courses. My family enjoyed cooking meals in its well-equipped kitchen, and most of the house has wide windows, overlooking at the fantastic views of the ocean; from the house, one can hear the ocean crashing upon the shore, and sometimes even barking seals. I also liked the no-shoes in the house policy. In the front courtyard there is a large Zen garden, koi pond with friendly fishes, and a hot tub on the side of the house. There are three other suites in the household, detached but accessible to the main house. These rooms are like hotel suites, equipped with kitchenette and private bathrooms. The house is furnished in a tasteful orientalism contemporary style, with all the amenities. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a sunken Japanese tub, and the stone flooring underneath heats from below. When I saw the house in person, it was better than I expected, and you won’t be disappointed if you rent this place.

Fantastic home in fantastic location

We have stayed here on several occasions and it never fails to deliver. Comfortable and well kept; well managed; great location and scenery; and usually perfect weather. Close to all the Pebble Beach public amenities such as golf and food and beverage and not far from Carmel and Pacific Grove with day trips to Big Sur accessible. It does not allow shoes because they scratch the wooden floor. Keep it nice and clean for others.
