“We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.”

Tub drained extremely slow, water and temp control knob was very loose and difficult to operate.house keeping emptied trash and took soiled towels, but didnt leave clean ones. had to go request clean towels . “Not enough parking spots for the amount of people staying there. Lots of vehicles parked in the emergency lanes. I was told if I parked there I could be towed. Room was ok staff was friendly I did not eat breakfast there and I did not use the hot tub. ”
