“When arriving didn’t receive a welcome gift like usual. They said it was for diamond holders but in the previous stays we always received a welcome gift a a goodbye safe travels gift. Not sure why that changed.”

“We went without electricity for a whole night because they forgot to pay the bill. Someone changed their transmission in the parking lot and you clean your own room or pay 20.00 to have it cleaned. Slow draining sinks and pictures were misleading. As I did not have a comfortable place to sit.”

“The room was fine, BUT when I tried to take a shower on Wednesday morning, the faucet blew out of the wall fixture in the bath tub. I couldn't take a shower. I informed the manager.
This was very upsetting!!!”
