“I was disappointed in this Best Western motel. The ice and coffee were very from our room in the lobby.The included breakfast was not at this motel. It was next door ar a reastaraunt and the reastaraunt was closed. This was not explained during check in, we had to ask later in the day were we would eat. Room was clean, but noisy with trucks. ”

“I checked in went to 3rd floor room and keys didnt open door. Went back to elevator got in pressed lobby and elevator dropped drastically and threw myself and the luggage cart. Then lights went out and emergency and help buttons did not work. Doors would not open. Nothing worked. I immediately called 911. Eventually an officer arrived and he yelled through the door that he had to reset the elevator. He did so the elevator turned on and went up and down and the doors opened. I got off thanked...

“We stayed one night only on our way to Guadalupe Mountains NP and it was reliable and comfortable. Easy to check in and walkable.”

“The room has not been kept up to standard since it was built. I was in and out each day so I did not notice the issues until my last night of the visit. The window cover had a hole in it and was destroyed at the bottom. The bathroom vents were rusted, the ceiling in the bathroom had been noticeably repaired, the bathtub had rusted spots and the ceiling above the shower had a large bubble from a current leak. I had noticed that the tub was wet when I returned one night but assumed that the shower...

“There was NO hot water and the bread for breakfast had mold on it. The guy at the desk told me “I should have mentioned that we didn’t have hot water before you booked”…..”
