“Nice smell in the room and toilets. Not stinky smell we get in some of the star hotels where I stayed. I am impressed with the room. The restaurant service is good but your time restrictions are awful. Once the customer is inside the time period you need to serve him whatever he wants. You cannot say that your time is over. This is very bad customer service.”
