Lovely Breton countryside for your little family

Being on holiday by settling in our little house will allow you:
- to be quiet with a deer and a fox in the neighbouring meadow as any possible neighbours,
- to be 15 minutes walk from the summit of the Ménez Bré, and to go around it by all the hiking trails
- to be 30 kms from the beaches of Lannion or Saint Efflam
- to be 30 minutes from the pink granite coast.

A wooden terrace surrounds the house. You will set up a table and armchairs.
On the first floor, as you enter, you are in the living room: open kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob), living room. On your right, shower room, on your left, master bedroom with toilet and adjoining toilet.
Upstairs, on the landing between the 2 bedrooms, toilet with washbasin. On the left the lavender bedroom, on the right the apricot bedroom. Bedroom with velux window and blackout sliding curtain.

All around the house, the countryside. No fence. You park your car in the courtyard.
