Hotel a Pedregal

“Airport shuttle was excellent; they kept very good communication. Picked me up as promised and made sure when I wanted to go back to the airport. One of the reasons I booked this property was the listing said it was close to the airport but it was 11 miles away. It didn't matter because of the shuttle but it was mis-leading.”

“Exceptional location, this is not only a hotel its a complete experience. If you are tired of lame and boring hotels and want to really stay in a boutique hotel stay here hands down. If you have a car, there is a parking lot just next yo the hotel adding convince since parking in this area is extremely hard. The service is incredible which is not very comon in panama, so its a huge plus. I would definitely come back and stay here.”

“Some positive aspects (location, room size, concierge), but also some important negative ones (no cleaning, poor breakfast, no elevator) make it not a terrible hotel, but not one I'd be looking forward to go back to. The rooms are very large and the beds comfortable. Also the bathrooms are nice and they provide a hair dryer, soap and shampoo. But there is only one chair in the room and no fridge and only one set of towels and not one glass in the bathroom for your toothbrush. We stayed two...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and although our room was not ready, we were able to change clothes and freshen up and they stored our luggage for us, moving it to our room when it was ready. The location is amazing-right in the heart of the old town, and very safe to walk around in the area. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, with a little balcony overlooking the street. Loved everything about our stay!!”

“The hotel looked amazing and the pool and casino! The staff was not very friendly even when speaking in Spanish . The room was nice but I had to speak to management several times about the soap , conditioner , and shampoo dispensers missing upon my arrival. I was Told bar soap was only an option at first which is ridiculous as the dispensers just needed to be replaced or filled up for the one I have . Management was ok but the actual workers from the casino restaraunt were not very pleasing to...
