To let you enjoy the Cypriot weather and soak the breathtaking beauty of the nature, villa Oceania has large outdoor area with open BBQ, an infinity swimming pool, a classy wooden deck, a large bar with its bar fridge.

Cold draugth beer is also available on the villa for an extra small charge.

Other things to note
* The Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the main living room only is optional and paid upon arrival in cash. The cost of the large living area air condition is 35 Euros per day .

* In case of a wedding or event at the property a wedding/event surcharge is applicable of Euros 650.00 and is payable locally in cash upon arrival.

*Please note that no additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent from us. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form is allowed to stay at the villa.
