Villa Imperial is a single-level, exceptional 3-bedroom villa, an oasis of tranquility and privacy. Yet, it is only 3 minutes drive from the bustling restaurants and bars area of Coral-Bay, and Corallia-Bay sandy beach.

Situated in the prestigious Sea Caves area, with its great panoramic sea & mountain views, Villa Imperial boasts spacious interior and outdoor areas.

Here you will enjoy a large private pool (5X10), easy-going atmosphere, and gardens which have been tastefully landscaped.

The space

The open plan living room is leading out through patio doors to a large garden and the large private 5X10 swimming-pool equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas. A paved terrace with outdoor shower and toilet surrounds the pool.

The garden has been tastefully landscaped and is surrounded with natural stone walls.

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and storage cupboards, fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, laundry-machine.

Dining table seating 6 people completes this quality kitchen.

For your entertainment in the living room there is a 55’ smart flat-screen TV and an electrical fireplace. Central heating and air conditioning is fitted throughout. Also fitted is high-speed broadband internet and IPTV system with channels from dozens of countries.

The master bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite with shower cubicle. It has king-size bed. A patio door leads out from the master bedroom to the large pool, which affords stunning views of the Mediterranean.

There is also a big family bathroom, with a bath.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed.

The third bedroom has two comfortable single-beds.

You can enjoy the Villa’s shaded roof-top balcony, where you have 360 panoramic view of the sea, mountains, and the prestigious neighbourhood. Great place for a glass of wine, or a bottle of beer.

Parking for two vehicles of which are in a shaded private carport is available to our guests.
