Questa proprietà soleggiata comprende le viste e i tramonti più spettacolari che si possano immaginare.

Il cottage fonde il fascino del vecchio mondo, con tutte le comodità moderne. Il cottage di 1650 piedi quadrati è stato restaurato con cura, compresi i pavimenti originali e i soffitti con travi a vista. Milioni di dollari di visualizzazioni da ogni finestra!

Il cottage può ospitare 5 in totale. 2 nel letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, uno nella camera da letto centrale e 2 nel letto matrimoniale nella camera DeGarthe. Questo prende il nome dal nostro famoso vicino di casa William DeGarthe, un artista olandese che ha vissuto una vita nel villaggio scolpendo una dedizione al duro stile di vita del pescatore nella solida parete di granito accanto alla casa.
Se stai cercando solitudine e un po 'di pace e tranquillità, è il posto giusto dove stare. Questo paradiso sul mare è dove vuoi essere. .

Direttamente dietro il cottage si trovano le piscine di marea oceaniche perfette per una nuotata nel rivitalizzante Oceano Atlantico. Peggy Cove Cottage è il massimo in termini di vista, convenienza e una posizione fantastica.

Siamo a 5 minuti di auto dalla libbra di aragosta Ryers dove è possibile acquistare freschi
aragoste e frutti di mare per una grande festa marittima !!
Il vicino ristorante Rhubarb ha ottime recensioni e cibo fresco da offrire, lo consiglio vivamente !! Si consiglia una prenotazione anticipata!

My parents and I spent 4 nights at this idyllic seaside home on our Nova Scotia visit.The exterior, WOW, you would find a hilltop home like this in a fairy tale book. The location is perfect, at the back of the village in an elevated spot overlooking the small harbour with a view of the top of the famous lighthouse. At night the red glow of the light is easily seen from all windows.The home is on green land with many beautiful plants and a multitude of bird species serenade you as you enjoy the deck watching the boats in the harbour.Want to walk to the lighthouse? It's barely five minutes from your backdoor - Hot Tip - go before 8am and you'll have the lighthouse to yourself for the best photographs without a tourist in sight - bar yourself that is!!Inside a respectfully decorated, cosy home, in keeping with the area and its history. Comfortable beds with nice linens, plenty of towels and everything you could want from your home from homes. Tip, bring Keurig Cups for the coffee maker and you're good to go!Minor point, suggestion, keep a couple of windows open as the fresh air makes the inside feel fresh and relaxed.There are a handful of food options within a few minutes walk, as long as seafood is your thing. Another tip, less than an hour away we found a pub in Mahone Bay called the Mug and Anchor which we loved and returned to again!Peggys Cove is stunning in its own right , but also an excellent base to explore the area. We ventured as far as Keji Harbour Rocks!

You could not ask for a better host than Claire! She was so kind to us during our stay. The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nearby Polly's Cove is a beautiful hike. We highly recommend this property!

This cozy cottage and its setting is idyllic. Amazing views from each room. A beautiful home decorated with such care and thoughtful touches throughout. So very comfortable in every aspect - the perfect place to curl up with a book and periodically look out to enjoy the beauty of this place. Kitchen well equipped and all that we could have needed. I will definitely miss this incredible mix of beauty and comfort. - I was fortunate to meet Claire, the most gracious and fun hostess. Had the opportunity to have conversations with her and she is the picture of delight. Thank you Claire (and Paul) for your vision of this house that you so lovingly restored.

Location, location, location. In the heart of Peggy's Cove it was a prime location to enjoy the sights and sounds of what the area offers. Claire was amazing as a host and was available to answer any questions we had and made the vacation that much more enjoyable. We definitely would not hesitate to go back.

What a beautiful place! Cute cottage, wonderful views and great location. Claire, owner, was so easy to deal with, answering all questions and giving suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Very clean and our bed was super comfortable. It was a delightful visit to this charming cottage…. And to meet Claire! (Paul, her husband was out of town.)

We had such a wonderful time at this wonderful, lovely cottage by the sea. We loved the historic charm of this beautiful home! Claire is the kindest, friendliest, most helpful host ever! The location is outstanding and the view out of every window looks like a picture postcard. Peggy's Cove is the quintessential seaside fishing village and we loved every minute of our time there. We would love to come back and stay again!

Sweet well appointed cottage right in Peggy’s cove but we’ll enough away from the main tourism area for quiet and privacy. Claire is a fantastic host, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended stay.

We loved staying in this little cottage in Peggy's Cove. Perched along a narrow inlet surrounded by amazing views out every window. This cottage was like a little slice of heaven for our family of four. To be a part of this little working fishing village was seriously magical. The cottge is well equiped with everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home during your stay. Claire, the owner was as sweet as could be and made us feel very welcome in her home and Peggy's Cove in general. We've stayed in a lot of beautiful places over the years, but none of them came close to this charming coastal village.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated little gem- it was the highlight of our Canadian vacation! The bedrooms and living areas were super comfortable and super charming, and the location couldn't have been better. How fun to start each day with coffee on the deck overlooking the cove, or a walk to the lighthouse and back. Would definitely stay here again!

Situated on top of a hill, this property was perfectly placed for a beautiful view of the fishing port with extensive lawn going down to the port. A short walk up the road was the lighthouse with its rocks to walk and explore. The owner could not have been more welcoming and made us feel like family. The cottage was cozy and beautifully reflected the feel of the quaint village in which it is located. The photos give an accurate picture of the coziness and comfort of the cottage and the decor beautifully reflects the maritime environment.

This was a magical little spot right in the heart of Peggy’s Cove. You can’t beat the view! Claire was a great host, super attentive and responsive to messages. We ran into Claire in Peggy’s Cove and she gave us great suggestions for hikes and activities to do in the area. We so enjoyed our time at the cottage and would go back in a heartbeat.

A couple of U.S. guys shared this (3) bedroom cottage as a home base for photographing the Nova Scotia coastline and scenic areas of the southeast and north central coasts. It proven to be an excellent choice in all respects. The cottage is beautifully located on a nice rise in the landscape of Peggy's Cove and has great views of the village. The village is small and you can walk everywhere from this location.......to the shops, restaurants, church, lighthouse and water. It has (2) nice size bedrooms and a third small bedroom, full kitchen and living and dining area as well as a small back porch to watch the sunset over the village. It's comfortable, decorated nicely and perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay in what proved to be a really nice vacation in a quaint and scenic Nova Scotia traditional village. It's location in the village is quite central and Peggy's Cove is located such that you can easily travel to Lunenburg or Halifax or beyond for day trips to lots of other beautiful locations, villages and scenic drives. The owner(s) of the property (Claire and her husband) were great in accommodating us and very gracious in answering all our questions, supplying us with local information and details on sights, restaurant locations, groceries and other information for first time visitors. There are lots of positives about the property and it would be ideal for couples or small families. Downsides would only apply to exceptional considerations: I would not recommend it for people with mobile disabilities (i.e. wheel chair, walkers, etc.) as the terrain is uneven (it sits on a rise/hill overlooking the village) and getting from the parking spot to the entrance would be tricky. This is actually part of the character of the property and the entire town/village as a whole. Overall, a great choice as we had a terrific time staying here. Were very comfortable and easily commuted everywhere we wanted to go and enjoyed a great relationship with the owners. A five star recommendation from a seasoned traveler and first time visitor to Nova Scotia!

Wow! We had a terrific week in Peggy’s Cove. This cottage is homey, cute and super clean. The cottage had everything we needed for comfort and practicality for the week!
