Single detached house with own pool and breathtaking Lake view, in Bodone - Peglio, Lake Como.
The single detached house is set on 2 levels with 2 separate entrances:
- Ground floor of 40 sqm comprises kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, fire place, bedroom with 2 single beds and large bathroom.
- Upper floor is 60 sqm and comprises kitchen/living room with fireplace, master bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, panoramic covered porch and a loft of 30 sqm with other 3 beds.
Level garden with 2 drinking fountains, private pool (open from May, 29th to September, 18th), barbecue, garden tables with chairs, sun lounges, sunshade. External area is completed fenced. Own parking spaces for 3 or 4 cars.
New pool open from 25.05 until 30.08.2026.
Sauna available only on request with extra to pay. No possible use of Sauna for July and August.
Possibility to book also the closer Chalet Monica. If you book both Houses 5% discount for each House.
Additional costs per day: €2.00 per person, €7.00 per vehicle per week (for the mountain road), firewood €40.00 per week, and gas consumption (for heating, hot water, and cooking) €8.00 per cubic meter. These additional costs must be paid at the end of your stay.

Extra charge for a dog: €5.00 per dog per day.

Please note that a tourist tax is levied in Peglio from January 1st to December 31st.

You must pay €1.00 per person per day (aged 14 and over) upon arrival.
