“The Auberge de l’Abbatiale is a wonderful small family run hotel with excellent accommodation in a historic and very interesting building. Very friendly owner and staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Thoroughly recommended as a stop off point while travelling through France as it is located in a picturesque historic village fairly close to an exit on the A31 (13 km away). Half way between Calais and the south of France.”

“WOW!!!!! WHAT A PLACE, THE HOST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH. WE WERE ESCORTED TO OUR TREE HOUSE, 12m HIGH, UP SOME STEPS THEN A LADDER UP TO THE HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, VERY QUIET AND RELAXING. WE GOT OUR EVENING MEAL DELIVERED TO THE HOUSE AND WE HAD TO PULL IT UP IN A BASKET! THE SAME FOR OUR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. NO ELECTRICITY OR WASHING FACILITIES IN THE HOUSE, BUT HAD A DRY TOILET, WE WERE ALLOWED TO CHARGE UP OUR DEVICES IN THEIR PROPERTY! VERY WELCOMING, EVERY PROPERTY...

“Prima, netjes en schoon. We waren op doorreis en waren heel tevreden. Door het pleintje en speeltuin en grasveld voor de deur konden onze kinderen nog even lekker spelen/voetballen. Ontbijt (vanaf 07:00) was minimaal, maar prima.”
