Apartment of 29m ² located on the 3rd floor without elevator, below the main entrance (itself on the 3rd floor) in a residence ideally located on Plan Peisey, very close to the slopes (50m) and shops.
The apartment consists of an entrance with 1 set of pull-out beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen area open to the living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and a west-facing balcony that will offer you a magnificent view of the entire valley.

Equipment : Fridge, microwave, electric hobs. TV.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 4th floor as the entrance to the building.

Sleeps: 1 sofabed, 1 set of trundle bed

Sanitary: a shower room with toilet
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You can book towels, lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
