“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”

“Food was fine, though coffee was lukewarm. It was good to see how clean the dining area is kept. Kudos to the dining room team!”

“I stay at Holiday Inn Express at least once a month while traveling for work. I have never been charged an amenity fee. &15.00 after my original fees. I will not be back to this one.”

“The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hot tub was a little dirty and some of the structure was outdated. Overall a nice stay and so nice to have the shuttle to take us to the airport and park to fly option.”

“The room was clean and shower was good with heat and pressure, but sliding door leaked. Water bottle filling station and breakfast was good!”

“For a hotel of its price range, this was one of the best we've visited. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast service. Ample parking. ”

“Bed was basically 2 sheets to sleep under, only one towel, pictures showed a kitchen in room but only had a fridge”

“Listing was completely false there is no pool that will ever be operational supposed to be a suite that sleeps 4 but hide a bed had no bedding and when I asked for some all they would give me was 2 very old thin blankets no sheet no pillow both the other beds were stained and dirty there was no toilet paper windows were boarded up on building and was just not what they represented online ”
