“While the bed in the hotel room was clean and presentable there were many issues encountered in the hotel. First, the toilet seat lid would not stay upright while in use unless it was held up by hand. Second the carpeting and amenities were dated. Third, the bathroom sink water came out cold whether the handle was on hot or cold.
