The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous.”

Only issue was we expected pool/ocean views from our rooms and that did not happen? Therefore, we were disappointed not to have the views our reservations were confirmed for, especially since it was off season and we were celebrating a special event.
