“The room could have been cleaner. It was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was fine. We are gold level Wyndham members and asked for late check out and were denied. We left a little bit after 11.”

“The receptionist took a $50 deposit from me for a room that was paid for already, and I could not even get a receipt for the $50 they wanted to lock up on my card. The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied. “The room was clean enough to sleep in. Empty place but yet they stuck me on the room right next to the highway with a broken tv and the WiFi did not work most of the night. The shampoo was half empty Boyle in the shower. You get what you pay for hard to find a hotel that is clean for under $100 a night.”

“Had to ask for a new room because the first one had brown streaks in both beds and pee stains on one of them. Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom along with very rusty tub. Second room was just ass bad with the steaks in the beds but also good crumbs. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and there’s no one to talk to in person. The guy on the kiosk screen was not helpful at all.”

“We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).”
