“Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The home was nice, perfect for our family. Dog friendly which is a must for us! Rooms were just right, everything was as described! Nice deck to hang out and cook dinner on the grill at night. Also watching the wildlife around the home as we had deer almost every day! We fully enjoyed the cool nights in the middle of the summer! Kitchen size worked well for a week trip, plenty of room in the refrigerator. Rest of appliances looked pretty new...

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. The home is also well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Two things to note: You will need to physically take all of your trash to a dumpster about a mile away during designated times. It cannot be left on the property. Second, if you visit in the summer there is no central AC or window units. There is a portable AC in the living room which is great but only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The bedrooms got a little stuffy...

“Our family enjoy a great time sharing fun, games, good food and a fantastic place to every night a good surprise. The home was spotless, organized, and had plenty of surprises. From a heated bathroom, to old time acrade games, to an adjustable bed. The children did not want to leave their Mario theme room. I am looking forward to a return trip.”

“I stayed at this residence for three days during a road trip with my family. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in easy. Unfortunately, the property did not fully match the expectations set by the photos. The deck was in poor condition, with both the stairs and platform noticeably slanted and unstable. “The cottage was just as shown in the photos. The interior had the "rustic" feel we wanted, with modern amenities we also wanted. There were just two of us, but it is also perfect for a family. A very friendly, beautiful doe met us at our car as we left to visit Bushkill Falls (highly recommended!) and had no fear of us. The back of the property had a large pond, so we had a beautiful view while sitting on the deck.”
