Hotel vicino a PenAir Field - Pensacola

“single room with bed and terrible mattress. Had problems with TV. The chairs were the plain hard back chair, not a recliner. I wouldn't stay there again unless an absolutely emergency....”

“The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

“outstanding! great location (very close to BJ'S, note for gas),”

“Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. “Hotel moderno ,molto puliti gli spazi comuni e le camere. Il bagno con pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani,la stanza viene rifatta solo prr soggiorni superiori a 5giorni ( unica pecca direi) Colazione non particolarmente varia ma sempre tutto buono e abbondante. Nei dintorni ovunque ristoranti e supermercati. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto economico rispetto ad altri hotel Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliato ”

“Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there again.”

“Run down, cleanliness was an issue. Will not be back.”

“Very nice place. No breakfast or gym but I didn't need either of those anyways I would definitely stay again. Very clean and well managed”

“Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane.”

“Good stay”

“Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.”
