Welcome to our sunny and bright 1921 North Hill home, where the attic has been thoughtfully converted into a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom loft—perfect for short getaways, extended stays, or anything in between. This inviting space blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering everything you need to feel at home in Pendleton.

The loft features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality bedding to ensure restful nights. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the bathroom includes a clean, convenient shower. You’ll also enjoy fast Wi-Fi throughout the unit, making it ideal for both relaxation and remote work.

The home is temperature-controlled year-round with a gas furnace and central air conditioning, keeping the loft comfortable no matter the season. A washer and dryer are available for your use, making longer stays especially convenient.

Please note that the loft is accessible by stairs, as it sits above the main level of this charming 1921 home. The ceilings include some angled areas due to the original architecture. This rarely affects walkable space, but extremely tall guests should be aware. Bright skylights and big windows fill the loft with natural light and offer wonderful views overlooking Pendleton.
