“Close to econsave and mr diy. Also very close to a pharmacy. Lots of parking space. Only let down is no elevator. Have to climb 2 flag of stair to room”

“I like that the property is quite far from any city or town, however, that does come with it's own downside. The property is not all inclusive, and you can see that it has aged. ”

“The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. ”

“suit for those who are don't mind about cleanliness. basically, all clean but the visual doesn't say so. got stain on the towel and bed sheet. more to improper maintenance after so long of service (which means the pictures is longg ago) dirty toilet and no holder for water heater. but we are survived there, nearly want to cancel but its ok, just sleep cos we checked in quite late. staff is welcoming and easy to deal.”

“I booked a suite room, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were no towels or tissues provided in the room, and I had to contact housekeeping to request them. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell. At around 12:00 AM, the room experienced a power trip. After I called the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room. However, the issue was not fully resolved. “Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again.”

“The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters”

“During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work.”
