“宿泊費が安価なので不満は感じません。 水道・シャワーの出はとても悪いのですが、それでも安価に泊まれてエアコンは十分に効きましたので不満は言いません。はす向かいの食堂はとても美味しかったです。２０時半に閉店でした。”

“Check-in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am and asked if we could check in so that we could start exploring the city. The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Gennoya. It was very close to the metro station and centrally located. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.”

“It was too hot because the AC was supposed to be turned on by guests. We put up with being sweaty for 6 hours until the weak AC finally worked enough. And then, the AC suddenly stopped. We tried to reset it but it never worked again. The AC, that also sprashed water, probably has a problem. We hope you would maintain the AC and wouldn't save cooling cost in shared area.”
