“Very close to the beach . This hotel is on the Main Street of by port Douglas at the beach end . The staff were helpful and excellent . In the foyer area they have beach chairs umbrellas towels and everything you need to use on the beach . The hotel also has a shower outside to wash off beach sand as well they have a well kept pool ”

“When I checked in, I spoke to Michael, lovely young man, very helpful and attentive, he even emailed me half way through my stay to make sure everything was fine, I was impressed by that, thank you Michael. Our appt was lovely, very comfortable with everything we needed, plus having a washing machine was great. The pool was lovely with a nice shallow area for young kids, quiet area and it felt very safe, we loved it, and I would definitely recommend the Trinity Beach Club.”

“Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! ”

“Ottima accoglienza. L'appartamento al primo piano è grande con due camere, un bel soggiorno, cucina bagno e terrazzo. È un po’ datato, dalle foto sembrava più moderno, ma non ci dispiace. I letti sono comodi, la doccia un po’ meno. Non è vicino all’esplanade ma noi avevamo la macchina e ci siamo mossi tranquillamente. Il parcheggio all’interno della struttura è comodo. I signori alla reception sempre molto disponibili e gentili. È stato un bel soggiorno.”

“Absolutely loved staying at Hibiscus. The property was lovely and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Check in after hours was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful. It’d definitely stay there again. ”

“Excellent property, great pools, very smart. Our room was a bit small and the TV was pretty hopeless - we couldn’t cast to it so the range of programming was very limited. But overall a lovely place.”
