Case in affitto a Penisola di Capo York

“Beautiful surroundings, great accomodation, comfortable and way above expectation! The outdoor shower was a total highlight! Would recommend to all!”

“Lovely location and very private”

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“My kids loved being around the animals at the property and waking up to the sounds of cows and horses. We would have loved a tour of the property on one of the tractor trailers included in the stay. The cows and horses were super friendly and calm. The shared kitchen wasn’t the cleanest as it’s shared with some of the station hands. The rooms are in a donga type building, with a cute courtyard and tables. Lots of bugs around so make sure you shut the doors or you’ll end up with 1000 bugs in the...

“We had a lovely stay overall and would happily recommend this accommodation. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed having access to the pool. It was a great space to relax and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that there were a few maintenance issues during our visit. The dishwasher wasn't working, there wasn't a hairdryer available, the clothes dryer was out of order, and one of the air...

“The blinds in the sitting room were missing about 40% therefore offering no privacy. So required us to be fully dressed when on the 1st floor.”

“We enjoyed our stay here, it was a great base whilst we explored the local area. There was a lot we loved about the house-plus the location was excellent and it was very handy to have the restaurant nextdoor. The rooms were all of a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was sparkly clean and new. We liked to sit on the bedroom balcony with a coffee first thing in the morning, very peaceful. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars was that the furniture and lighting were just...

“If you ever need a central location to stay in Cooktown look no further..this place tickets all the boxes..easy access and a friendly host as well. Thanks Karen for all you have provided. ”

“very well set up , couldn't ask for better. does need some ant rid , but I believe cairns is renowned for some form of ant problem .”

“good clean room.”

“What a lovely surprise, the house was so welcoming with relaxing music and scent diffuser going. It was a warm welcome to a house that was fully equipped with everything of high quality. Amazing pool and surrounds with fire pit area to sit and look at the mountains. Walked to Palm Cove beach every day, returning to this lovely "Retreat".Thanks to the team for making the effort.”

“Beautiful property and amazing view. Had everything we needed for a lovely stay.”

“Very easy to access and check in. Clean and well prepared.”

“The tiny house was great, clean,, they provide everything you need, even a little portable stove in one of the drawers so you can cook a meal. A bit pricey though. Improvements - a covered house so you don't get kept awake by the rain hitting the roof, and an added patio roof so you can sit outside and not get wet and shaded by the sun. Other than that it was amazing!”
