“It was clean all over. I chose to sleep in the little spaces with the curtains and it was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and provided help when needed. It was a nice experience actually making the waffle batter and you could make a chocolate chip version. Water was clean and tasted great. They also started a new company called “Otter Express”. They’ll save you lots of time if you don’t have a way of traveling to and fro.”

“This was the worst property we have ever been at. We left immediately as it was so dirty. There was spider in a web in the bath. The coffee pot had water in it, there was no hot water, the bed had crumbs in it. There was a ton of water damage on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo. It just was disgusting. After a 5 minute walkthrough we went back to the office and attempted to cancel. This was immediate. Frankly, Expedia should take this off their site. It was unclean!”
