“We stayed here for 4 nights and had one of the rooms with 2 twin beds. It was a tight fit, but it got the job done. The staff picked us up when we got to the welcome center in hirafu promptly at the exact time we told the staff we would be there. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with all needs. There was a shuttle bus that picked us up/dropped us off right in front of the hotel for the skiers/snowboarders. There is also a bus stop conveniently located right across the street to...

“Nice breakfast high tea style. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in the loft room for a family of 5. The loft was half height which was fun for the kids. Overall the room space was a bit tight but sufficient. Washing machine and dryers were pay per use. ”
