Beautiful Breton Cottage 5 mins from beach

A beautiul, fully renovated Breton stone house, only 2 km away from the coast and multiple beaches aroundthe Pointe de la Torche.

A big open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place and large dining table - making this a perfect place for holidays or weekends with family and friends.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a reading corner and a bathroom with bathtub.

Animals are not accepted
Parties not accepted - there are neighbours in the area :)

The space
The house was fully renovated in 2022.

The large open space downstairs with living room and kitchen is very welcoming and a great place for dinners or relaxing around the fire!

There is a total of 3 seperate bedrooms, one which a large double bed and the other two with two single beds in each.

A modern bathroom with bathtub upstairs and a WC downstairs.

Outside there's a private garden and outdoor dining space with a barbeque.

The location is surrounded by beaches in all directions, with La Pointe de la Torche only 2 km away!

Note that the reservation does not include the following options:
- End of stay cleaning (70 EUR)
- Bed sheets ( 10 EUR per bed )
- Bath towels ( 5 EUR per person)
- Fire wood ( 15 EUR per day - self service)
- Electrical cost above the set package amount - usually only for winter time needs for electrical heating.

Guest access
The whole house is fully private for the renter.

Nearby you will find all necessary amenities, super market, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria etc.
