House for 8 with terrace - Kerity

Get a breath of sea air in southern Bigouden country. Located in the Kérity district of Penmarc'h, near the fishing port, the Eckmühl lighthouse and not far from La Torche Point, this fully renovated L-shaped 105 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people. You will also enjoy a closed garden and a 40 m² terrace. A barbecue is available for you to share delicious grilled dishes during summer evenings.

By passing through the garden, you will directly access the fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. This room also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. To your left is the main living area: a large living room-dining room with a table for 8 people and a TV sofa area. On the other side of the ground floor, you will discover a spacious master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

The accommodation has two sleeping areas, accessible by two separate staircases. The first, located above the kitchen, includes a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), note that the staircase leading to this room is steep. The second, accessible from the living room, serves two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). It should be noted that all king-size beds can be separated into two single beds to suit your needs.

For more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal throughout your stay.

Nearby is the mythical surf spot of La Torche, and the beginning of the Bay of Audierne. Further south are numerous nautical centers allowing you to embark on the Atlantic Ocean by catamaran or kayak.

Near Pont l'Abbé and Quimper, you will have the opportunity to wander between these cities to live at the pace of the Bretons. Between walks on the beaches and rocky coasts, the Atlantic Ocean has many surprises in store for you...

super maison avec des espaces nuits bien séparés, un extérieur agréable et un intérerieur cosy et moderneLa proximité avec le port de Kerity est tres appréciable. Les equipements sont modernes et le logement est bien entretenu - nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances à Kerity
