Lago di Wildwood è una gated community privata ai piedi della Sierra. Situato nella città di Penn Valley (Hwy 20) è una comunità boscosa splendida immerso attorno a un lago privato di 300 acri.

15 minuti dalla pittoresca cittadina di Grass Valley (Hwy 49) e solo 1 ora a Lake Tahoe e 2 ore dalla East Bay e San Francisco rende questo luogo una grande breve vacanza.

Lago di Wildwood si trova al di sopra della nebbia e sotto la neve. Elevation è di 2500 piedi, che consente la piena anno godimento lago. Ci sono aree di spiaggia 5 e parchi per avere pic-nic o per giocare a tennis, pallavolo, basket o shuffleboard. C'è anche un frisbee campo da golf a 18 buche entro 1. 5 miglia.

Questa struttura dispone di un ponte aperto con patio pranzo per vedere i bellissimi tramonti. Il cortile si porta giù un prato verde al molo dove si può nuotare, pescare, e guardare le vedute serene del lago.

Questa casa è ideale per riunioni di famiglia e molto kid-friendly. Non c'è bisogno di imballare le forniture bambino / spiaggia. Tutto ciò che serve è qui tra cui due kayak, salotti gonfiabili / camere d'aria, giubbotti di salvataggio, palla scala, freccette prato, pallavolo / set badminton, insieme tetherball, canne da pesca e affrontare, dischi frisbee golf, ferri di cavallo, per adulti e pic-nic bambino tavoli, un portatile culla, seggiolone, tavolo a misura di bambino con sedie, baby monitor, passeggini, teli mare e giocattoli da spiaggia. Abbiamo anche un biliardino al suo interno.

The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family stay. The house is spacious and well equipped, the grounds are well kept and the view is spectacular. We loved gazing out at the lake. There are plenty of things to do. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and kayaking in the lake. The Foosball table saw plenty of action as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

This house in Lake Wildwood was perfect for our visit to family in the same neighborhood. It was clean and very comfortable (both the beds and living room). The neighborhood is very quiet. We loved looking out over the lake, particularly in the morning. Lots of wildlife to watch as well. We were there over Christmas, which was fun because there were lots of Christmas lights to enjoy. Unfortunately, it rained every day of our trip, so we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities the house offered. One note, the driveway is VERY steep, which was a little disconcerting but it did not create any problems for us.

We had family members stay from ages 4-79. The home was clean, inviting and so many different activities for all of us to enjoy. We were in the water with all of the water toys, played shuffle board, ping pong, tether ball, and just truly enjoyed our time there with everything that was available and being with each other. It will be great memories for all of us and we hope to go again some day. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Clean and very well supplied house on beautiful Lake Wildwood. We had 7 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 2, 9 months) and were very comfortable. They had so many things to do for kids! So many outdoor toys, scooters, floaties, kayaks, noodles. My kids were endlessly entertained exploring everything. We had a lovely time kayaking across the lake each day to spend time at the beach. We found a new beach each day! We also had a ton of fun swimming off the dock. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hoping to come back to this little slice of paradise every summer as long as they'll let us! Conveniently near our favorite Yuba River spot & so delightful to come back for dinner watching the sunset over the lake, followed by peaceful kayaking at dusk. Then stargazing at night! House is super comfy & spacious. Hosts are kind & communicative. Also: fawns frolicking on the lawn!

The house was very clean, warm and welcoming. Even better in person. The Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. The master bathroom shower was beautiful 10/10. The location and views can't be beat. We enjoyed our time seating next to the lake talking and laughing. We would book again!!!

This home was an outstanding launchpad for an active lake weekend. Between the sandbox, water toys, and nearby playgrounds, our 1 year old was in pure heaven!! Our family was quite comfortable – Steve was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. He even helped arrange for a neighbor to give us a boat ride, which was a highlight. If we could think of any suggestions (and we'd have to really dig deep), we recommend giving the lightbulbs in the living room a makeover - too many clashing yellows and whites. Otherwise, we had such a fabulous time that we are now looking into buying a home at Lake Wildwood. Thank you again, Steve!!

This is our second time at this property, it is amazing! The property is perfect for our group (5-6), plenty of sleeping space and full bathrooms. The outdoor deck area along the lake is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine or welcoming the morning with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay here and we always enjoy ourselves. The Master Bathroom upgrades are amazing and the shower itself was such a treat for this tired mom. :) The house is a great size for our group (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids). It includes a lot so you don't have to pack a whole lot other than clothes and food which is great, especially when having to pack for 3 young children. The lakefront location, is beautiful and the sandbox on site is a favorite for my young kids. The owners Sachie and Steve are very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, low key vacation.

My family is all over the place so we try and get together, preferably on a lake, once a year. We subscribe to the newsletter 'Only in Your State' where this property was featured. It was perfect! My husband and I are new parents so being able to put the baby down and jump in the lake was a dream. I did end up using my own pack n' play and would recommend bringing your own, but it was nice there was one there if we were in a pinch. Getting to watch the fireworks right from our backyard while the baby slept was so nice. You never have to leave Lake Wildwood, but if you do, Nevada City is adorable and the Yuba river is gorgeous! We took advantage, left the baby with Grandma and Grandpa, and did some whitewater rafting. Highly recommend!

We are a group of friends of 35+ years who get together annually to laugh and catch up. This beautiful lakeside property had so many extra plusses, like shuffle board, corn hole, kayaks, paddle boards (we didn't try them, but in warmer weather we would.). The home is spacious, clean, well furnished and supplied and the owner was readily available to answer questions both before and during our stay.

This is a great location for outdoor activities. Unfortunately it rained and hailed and even snowed a bit the week we were there so we were mostly indoors. Not much to do in the area in bad weather. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to a couple hiccups at the property. We’d definitely book again in warmer months.

This is a beautifully well kept property. I wish we would have been here during the summer to enjoy the lake amenities. We did get to enjoy the views and the fire place. It was an amazing way to recharge our batteries. Thank you Steve and Sachie.

House was great you have everything you need. Rained most of our stay, but the lake view was worth it. Steve will go above and beyond to make sure his guest is taken care of. I will stay here again in the future.

This house's view is absolutely stunning. In addition, you won't have to travel to another location to kayak or paddle board, everything is provided in this rental. We unfortunately got rained in when we went there, but the view + the rain made our stay still a relaxing one. We just played ping pong, foosball, and board games inside. I would definitely recommend this spot!
