“We were unable to reach housekeeping from the room phone, and even calling from a cell phone did not work. We eventually had to walk to the front desk around 7 PM, where no staff was immediately available. After finally locating someone and requesting towels, we returned to our room to find the towels left on the floor just inside the door. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient.”
