“We were unable to reach housekeeping from the room phone, and even calling from a cell phone did not work. We eventually had to walk to the front desk around 7 PM, where no staff was immediately available. After finally locating someone and requesting towels, we returned to our room to find the towels left on the floor just inside the door.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient.”

“No pool, nor firepit. The view of the lake is 5 star. The accommodations are 3 star. The room is clean and comfortable. Here are some tips:Bring silverware there is a mini frig and microwave, but no silverware not even plastic, no continental breakfast, the restaurant was closed in April. Bring food or drive into town. No housekeeping in April , no information in the room, so find out where to get ice and more coffee packets ahead of time. Be car”
