Casa stupenda.

Anna e la famiglia sono stati molto discreti e disponibili. La casa, ha ampiamente rispettato la descrizione degli host e le foto del profilo: davvero spaziosa, è molto attrezzata, dalla cucina ai complementi della piscina. Tutti gli ambienti sono arredati con cura, le camere dalle dimensioni generose hanno letti molto comodi. Come da aspettative la location è piuttosto isolata: tanto silenzio, quiete e relax.

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, und das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr gut für bis zu 10 Personen ausgestattet, und alle Angaben entsprachen genau der Online-Beschreibung. Besonders der Pol war ein Highlight – sauber, groß und perfekt zum Entspannen.Für Ausflüge oder Einkäufe empfiehlt sich ein Auto, da man etwas abseits wohnt. Dafür genießt man aber herrliche Ruhe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Gastgeber Anne und Mike, die sehr herzlich und angenehm waren. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Second visit

We already visited Casa Serena in 2021 and we did it again. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, offering lots of information for trips around the area, also shopping possibilities. The house is very good equipped, clean and spacious. We liked the pool and garden. A perfect place for a summer holiday!

Urlaub 2023

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und für 10 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist herrlich. Die Anfahrt ist schwierig aber zu bewältigen. Tatsächlich hatten wir die Wegzeiten zu Ausflugszielen unterschätzt, Marken ist bergiger und die Straßen teilweise weniger befestigt als gedacht. Unzufrieden sind wir mit der nachträglichen Forderung zur Erstattung von 3 plötzlich defekten Mückenschutzfenstern. Wir werden kein Haus mehr ohne „Abnahme“ verlassen und empfehlen eventuelle Mängel sofort zu monieren.

Peace in isolation

Jen is an amazing host— always willing to help make reservations or suggestions about the best and easiest routes to take. And David couldn’t have been kinder in leading us to the house that first day! The house is lovely And better equipped than my own home. The kitchen is amazing and the welcome basket perfect for the first night and breakfast the following morning. Because of where the house is situated there is almost always a breeze even in the height of the summer. And pool was so refreshing with toys galore for all ages. It is imperative to have a car and one with a little umph is helpful since the house is at the end of a long and hilly mostly unpaved one lane road. While the isolation of the house means quiet and peace, it is important to know that nothing is close All activities are at the very least half an hour away. But note that there are many to be had—beaches, restaurants, lakes, national parks, and even an incredible three-star restaurant.

Fantastische plek in onontdekt stukje Italië

Fantastische gerenoveerde vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg schoon en erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Er stond een welkomstmand met eten en drinken voor ons klaar! Super! We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met een uitstapje naar het strand, het stuwmeer en verschillende stadjes. We wilden meer ontdekken maar de secundaire wegen maken dat je reistijd verdubbelt. Maar relaxen bij het zwembad is een prima alternatief. Heerlijk gegeten in het nabijgelegen dorp.

Nice holiday

We had a really nice holiday in Le Marche. House is really well equiped and nice beds. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool and nice area for cycling and visited some beautiful villages.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt traumhaft. Die Betreuung sowohl vorab wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Nach unserer Anreise war bereits ein rundum Versorgungspaket auf dem Tisch inklusive Getränke und Wein vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an Anna, Jenny und Dave.

Amazing holiday home

We had a great time in Casa Serena! The owners were very good hosts, we experienced a very warm welcome! We could also ask questions any time and got great and helpful recommendations about exciting POIs as well as restaurants or where to buy groceries. The house was perfect for our party of nine (4 adults and 5 children). The children loved the pool and the adults were also happy about the cooking equipment. The kitchen was equipped with lots of details and left no needs open. The rooms are very nice and have a really good size and lovely furniture. And we loved the patio for having the breakfast.

Wunderschönes traditionelles Haus in den Marken

Ideal für Ausflüge in die Monti Sibillini und die umliegenden Städte und Dörfer. Auch die Adria liegt in erreichbarer Nähe. Ein Auto is unbedingt erforderlich. Schöne Lage in einer Talsenke. Deshalb ist das letzte Stück zum Haus eine steile Schotterstrasse. Extrem liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Perfekte Ausstattung. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Paare und es war genug Platz für alle da.

Delightful holiday home

Casa Serena is a wonderful property. It has been sensitively and imaginatively restored, retaining many original features but providing the requirements of modern living, including wifi that was excellent and a 4G signal in the area. It is one of the most well-equipped houses we’ve ever stayed in, they’ve thought of everything, I was amazed to even have sharp, decent kitchen knives. It was spotlessly clean and the pool and grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. Jenny and David are exemplary hosts, they provide help and support when required but are very discrete and quiet the rest of the time. They are a fount of local information and are happy to recommend and book restaurants or suggest places of interest to visit. There was a very generous welcome hamper which provided everything we needed for our first day or so until we could get to a supermarket. It really is a delightful part of Italy, lots to see and do but not over touristy. There are many medieval hilltop villages to explore and the coast is only an hour or so away. We found plenty of restaurants providing the local Marche cuisine, fabulous pizzas and the amazing Italian gelato. Casa Serena provides a tranquil and private environment for a relaxing holiday, but is a rural property and the Marche terrain is hilly and roads unpredictable. The house is off the main road about 1.5km down Italian white roads or strade bianche which are found across Italy and have unmade dusty, stony surfaces. They are beautiful and characteristic in this their natural setting, but combined with the steep hills of the area they are challenging to drive on. Casa Serena is a delightful holiday home, we had a brilliant family holiday there and can highly recommend it.

Merveilleuse maison. Accueil chaleureux. Site magnifique. Une semaine de bonheur !

La maison est magnifique, confortable, l'endroit est charmant, la piscine un bonheur. Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement, et la dame qui gère l'accueil est toujours disponible pour répondre à aux éventuelles questions. Nous avons découvert une Italie que nous ne connaissions pas, des paysages d'une grande beauté, et très peu de touristes. Le seul problème qui se pose aujourd'hui à nous, avec Homelidays est le remboursement de notre caution, que nous attendons...

Stunning house in stunning setting

we had a fabulous one week family hoilday. Jenny was na amazing host- nothing was too much trouble - from booking retaurant to searching for bike hire ,tennis courts, best beaches , mass times in local church etc! The house was superb. huge amount of space , very comfortable, all mod cons- more than we have at home! The welocme pack of food ( pasta , bread, Tomatoes , wine , fat juicy lemons etc) kept us very happy for the first day! The pool was lovely and clean, garden immaculate and beautifully looked after, lavendar growing around pool , fields to walk over . A car is needed - cannot really go anywhere without it. Nearest village Penna SanGiovani 10- 15 mins away - everything else really 45 mins - Leke Fiastra was the best- fantastic swimming, beach too crowded. tennis court down the road. villages so pretty! Sibellini mountains , gorge walk amazing .. so much to do! Fantastic for all ages! Thanks Jenny and Anna!
