The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. We will, without a doubt, stay at the Shamokin BnB again if we find ourselves in Shamokin.”

“Staff are phenomenal and quite helpful. We stayed for a week, and on the second day front desk offered us an upgrade to a suite for the remainder of our stay. Very helpful to store ice packs due to recent injury. Good breakfasts and appreciated the lemon water in the afternoons. Great location with so many restaurants within walk or short drive. ”

This is not a luxury or vacation style hotel, but it serves its purpose well for short stays. “I was looking for a clean room that had a microwave and fridge in the room near I-80 East just west of 1-81 north. This property checked every box. Location was quiet except for rare road noise on Hwy 11, like the crazy motorcycle drive passing by. Although there was no coffee or breakfast in the morning, my cooler provided me eggs, bacon and sweet bread and I stopped for coffee off the interstate. The price was right for a night. ”
