“Staff helpful and friendly and room clean and nice bedding etc , unfortunately the mattress was very poor and the springs were uncomfortable all night . I discussed this in the morning and hopefully it will be addressed”

“The location of the hotel is excellent with great walks along the river. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Some maintenance was needed to windows in our room and the corridor, with external painting needed, however otherwise our room was fine. All staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient - really good service. The restaurant menu was excellent.
