“I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre.
I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout...

“Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. “Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but...
