“Great studio apartment, roomy and very nice accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Coffee, waters and snacks were a very nice unexpected surprise. Very large bathroom, and while we did not use it, laundry facility was available upstairs. The courtyard was quiet with a nice fire-pit, grill and corn hole to unwind after a day around town. “Gia’s place was exactly what I needed…quiet, tucked away from the noise, but close enough to walk anywhere worth going. For a digital nomad’s first time in Pensacola, this is probably the best location to explore the surrounding area.Gia was sharp, responsive, easy to deal with.”

“The location was good for the price. Not too far from the beach. It was a good space, but it was SO HOT and we were not allowed to adjust the air. The bathroom was the worst, it felt like a sauna and we had to stand in front of the AC by the bed to dry off because the towels were not soaking up water well. We also ended up having to take the comforter off the bed while we slept in order to cool off. There was a fan in the closet that we set up, too. Tiny shower and definitely not for tall...

“We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps. None of that really bothered me too much. The thing that bothered me was the house wasn’t clean. The toilet had hair and dirty spots. The pillows didn’t...

“The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.”

“I understand that the host cannot control the weather, and thus he cannot make the temperature outside be above freezing. However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit. At bedtime Saturday night, I found the space heater which was able to blow enough heat to make it barely acceptable under covers.I was...
