  • Questa proprietà è disponibile per affitti domenicali a domenica in estate! Nuovissimo appartamento con cinque camere da letto e cinque bagni al 209 Ariola Drive con piscina privata e facile accesso dall'altra parte della strada residenziale a due corsie alle sabbie bianche di Pensacola Beach.

    209 Ariola Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

    Il grande portico coperto ha un sacco di spazio relax e una magnifica vista sul Golfo del Messico. Il soggiorno aperto, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono l'ideale per riunioni di famiglia. Ognuna delle cinque camere da letto ha un bagno privato e la camera da letto principale ha un ingresso privato fuori dal portico anteriore. Facile accesso alla spiaggia del Golfo situato a soli 100 'da questa casa tramite servizi pubblici.

    La piscina si trova direttamente dietro la casa ed è chiusa dalla scherma della privacy. Ci sono due camere da letto con balcone privato con vista sulla piscina.

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The pool area could use some TLC but we spent most of our time at the beach.

Perfect location

This house is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a beach access, and also has an unobstructed view of the ocean, that most on the same side of the street don’t. The layout is perfect for two families if needed. Recommend highly.

We have consistently rented this house and it has been wonderful. The five bedrooms and five baths make for a great set up. It’s right across from the ocean and the pool has been an added treat. Steps from the beach and down the street from all of the things to do in Pensacola Beach. The house itself has been updated nicely and it's perfect to have everyone on the same floor. The only issue was there was not a small grassy yard for our pet. The weeds could've been cleaned up in the backyard by the pool better and some older outdoor things should've been thrown away but other than that it was fine. To the eye the property was clean, but there were still a few little things unclean. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with!
