    Le prenotazioni estive richiedono un soggiorno di 7 notti da sabato a sabato o da domenica a domenica a seconda del calendario!

    Benvenuti nella casa di vacanza più lussuosa di Pensacola Beach. Questa è la seconda casa personalizzata recentemente costruita da questo costruttore ed entrambe le proprietà sono eccezionali. Questa casa di 4000 piedi quadrati è stata completata nel giugno 2016 e ha avuto un successo da record per le stagioni completate. Se stai cercando una casa vacanza top di gamma, questa è la casa che fa per te!
    Il primo piano di questa casa ha una pianta aperta con un enorme soggiorno, sala da pranzo e una grande cucina. Questa casa dà una prima impressione incredibile mentre cammini nella porta principale! E 'impeccabilmente decorato in colori che completano l'ambiente naturale della costa del golfo! Ti sentirai come se fossi entrato in una copertina di una rivista!
    Il soggiorno è diviso in due aree salotto. La prima area ha una sezione extra large che fornisce la visualizzazione per lo schermo piatto. Il secondo raggruppamento è un'area di conversazione che è un luogo perfetto per giocare a giochi da tavolo, sedersi e chattare o leggere un libro.
    La cucina è un sogno assoluto per gli chef! Ha tutti gli elettrodomestici viking che includono una grande stufa a gas con 8 fuochi e un produttore di ghiaccio free standing. Inoltre è dotato di tutte le vostre esigenze di cucina di base. Se sei un "foodee" questa cucina non ti deluderà!
    Il primo piano della casa ha anche due master suite splendidamente decorate. Ognuno di loro ha un letto matrimoniale, un bagno annesso, nonché un grande schermo piatto. Una grande lavanderia e un mezzo bagno si trovano anche al primo piano della casa.
    Il secondo piano della casa è fantastico come il primo!Le viste da questo livello sono incredibili e possono essere godute dalla grande quantità di spazio sul ponte che si affaccia sul golfo. Questo piano ha anche un ampio soggiorno che è un perfetto allontanarsi per adolescenti o anche una seconda famiglia! In questa stanza troverai molti posti a sedere, un tavolo separato per quattro persone e un'enorme zona bar con un frigorifero full size, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e forno a microonde! In questa zona abbiamo aggiunto la settima camera da letto che ha due letti matrimoniali, ma ha mantenuto la zona giorno e l'angolo cottura.

    Il secondo piano ha anche altre quattro camere da letto ciascuna con un bagno annesso e un grande schermo piatto. Una di queste camere da letto ha un letto king size e le altre due hanno due regine ciascuna. La quarta camera da letto al piano superiore è perfetta per i bambini e vanta 4 letti a castello queen size su misura! Questa stanza è decisamente la preferita!

    L'esterno della casa presenta grandi quantità di spazio sul ponte insieme a una bella piscina interrata. (La piscina può essere riscaldata su richiesta al prezzo di $ 75 / giorno.) Questa area esterna ha un sacco di spazio per appendere fuori, nonché una zona sabbiosa che è perfetto per buche di mais o per i bambini a giocare nella sabbia. Questo spazio è anche la zona grill in cui gli ospiti possono godere della grande unità a gas per il barbecue!

    Questa casa ha anche un ascensore che ti porterà dal piano inferiore ad entrambi i livelli di vita. Facciamo pagare una tassa di ascensore (150) per sbloccare l'unità. Questo per evitare che l'ascensore venga utilizzato come "intrattenimento" e per il costo estremamente elevato della manutenzione e della riparazione dell'ascensore.
    Non sono ammesse feste di grandi dimensioni o eventi che includano ospiti esterni senza l'approvazione della direzione. Sono ammessi eventi come ricevimenti nuziali e ri-sindacati, ma richiedono una tassa per gli eventi di $ 1000. Le nostre stagioni di eventi e matrimoni sono ovunque da metà agosto a metà novembre in autunno e metà aprile a metà maggio in primavera. L'orario estivo va da sabato a sabato, con alcune eccezioni tra la settimana dei Blue Angels e la Memorial Week.

    La domanda di "Beach Elite" sarà forte, quindi è consigliabile prenotare un anno prima per bloccare le date per l'estate.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The layout of the house was perfect for our needs- plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of large spaces for us to all gather. Location to the beach was perfect, was just far enough from the action for rest and relaxation but close enough for a nice walk into town for restaurants and shopping. We will be staying here again!

The property manager was professional, attentive & always with a quick response/reply. The amenities were exactly as described & met my families’ needs. This property was perfect for hosting all of our families’ Thanksgiving meals together including our Meet & Greet, our Thanksgiving Day dinner & our Until We Gather Again final gathering for the 4 night/5 day event.

Laid out well for our party of 21. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils except for tea towels and dish clothes. Pool area could use some work, pool worked great but was a little rough in cosmetics. Missing tile and misaligned concrete were the only thing I can find to condemn in the entire stay. A dry erase board for the hall area could let big party’s know when things were happening and be a real asset. We loved it and would gladly rent it again! .

Awesome place for a large group!

We had a wonderful time at this location! Took one star off, because the floors looked clean, but turned our feet/socks gray with dirt. But still a 5 star stay overall! We had a wonderful time, communication was wonderful, and we would book again in a heartbeat!

Perfect family get together place!

We had a family group of 23 here in May 2023. Great spot, well laid out house for large groups, attentive staff, new furniture and well equipped kitchen. The pool is perfect for small children with a larger shallow end. The house now has houses next to it on either side and across the street unlike what the photos show but you still definitely can see the ocean from the porches. We would love to come back here sometime!!

Great Spot for large groups

We had 14 guys in for a 4-day weekend of golf. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. There are 3 refrigerators in the house, plenty of bathrooms, and an elevator to help get the bigger items to the main floors. We bounce around each year but will definitely check for this home if our golf group finds another trip to Pensacola down the line.

Great location and house for a weekend with extended family

Great house for a lot of little kids. Walk to the beach is easy. There’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep and run around at the house. The pool would have been great for kids, too, but we were told the pool heater was broken the day we arrived. That was a little disappointing since we were there in November and picked a property with a heated pool. The door to the back deck was also broken and unusable—which meant we could only access the front porch. But overall a great house and fully-stocked kitchen!

Spring Break 2023

10 Moms and 9 teens, young adults for Spring Break. Perfect house for large group! Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Amazing kitchen. Pool was great. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows! We loved renting the golf cart, we just didn’t use it as much as we should have-but that was our fault! Easy, fast access to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking-we had three full size trucks and three cars, and still had room. Great communication with rental company via text, answered quickly. Only suggestion is to grab ice on your way in, unless you want to have to go right back out to get it! The ice makers can’t keep up with a big group. There was none there when we got there, not a big deal, just a very minor inconvenience.

Best Vacation Home ever!

My Husband and I along with my 5 siblings and their spouses which included my disabled brother in a wheel chair as well as our 86 year old Dad...we had an absolute blast...it was the perfect gathering place. It was perfect for games, singing, dancing, cooking, baking, pool time, beach time and privacy when needed. We had a blast...we'd come back again and again. The company accommodated us in every way possible...quickly answered tons of questions, early check in and superb communication. Definitely an experience for our family's history books. Thank you & Thank you!!

Good House needing furniture update

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. Mattresses need to be replaced. Upstairs bedrooms get hot if doors are closed for privacy. Living room chairs are comfy but could use a deep cleaning. The sofa should be replaced. Kitchen was good sized and came equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool.

Pensacola Beach getaway for family and friends

This property was perfect for the 8 couples that came together for our son's UWF graduation. With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, it was perfect for togetherness, but privacy when desired. There are 4 outdoor balconies (2 front, 2 back though the back balconies aren't furnished currently); there's the pool and pool deck. On the first floor there's a square table that seats 12 and had space to squeeze in 3 extra chairs when needed. The 3 refrigerators (1 upstairs and one in laundry room) and 3 ovens and huge island accommodate all sorts of group cooking. We didn't even use the 2nd floor kitchenette (except its fridge). Upstairs 2 of the 4 bathrooms are not attached directly to a bedroom, so this alleviated concerns we had that some guests might have hassles to access a bathroom. The property management company was very responsive to all questions and needs. The beach is just across the street and the water is visible from multiple areas off the front of the house (these 2 balconies span the front of the house and both are furnished). The bright blue color of the water can't be beat! The only possible negative to the house is the fact that another home is being built on one side of it. It appears to be about half-way done at this point (roof trusses put on while we were visiting), so that won't be an issue for too long. The house has good soundproofing, and construction during the weekdays wasn't a problem from inside. (Not a problem outside either but audible.)

Perfect House for a Family Getaway

From start to finish the management company was on top of every question I had. Very easy to communicate with. We traveled from California for a family get together and what a great time we had. The kids loved the heated pool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great view of the Gulf. Next year we will be back in the Summer to enjoy the Gulf and Beaches. I would highly recommend this property. Loved It.

Property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Beach was easily accessed and pool was clean and convenient. Couches and bedding could use an update but overall a great place to stay! Hope to visit again soon!

Beach Elite

House itself was absolutely AMAZING! Heater on pool was broken and grill was dirty and rusty and not useable. On Tuesday there was a gas line leak and we didn't have hot water almost all day Tuesday or by Wednesday when we were checking out. I know that wasn't owners fault but very frustrating when we were paying a lot for this property. There is a large house that has been built across the street that does block some of the ocean view and that isn't shown in on line pictures. Still a pretty view though from second floor.

Great for a large group

Very spacious and roomy for all. We were supposed to be 16 adults and 2 toddlers but we were 14. Accommodated us very well. Kitchen is roomy and equipped with great appliances, however lacking in cooking vessels and good knives. Being across from the beach was not a problem.
