Benvenuto in Paradiso, siediti e rilassati. Questa casa a schiera sul Golfo ha la migliore vista sul Golfo del Messico e sulle sabbie candite della spiaggia di Pensacola. Questo è il posto perfetto per scappare. Questa struttura dispone di WiFi, lavatrice / asciugatrice e un garage per 3 auto.

4 camere da letto / 3. 5 bagni Gulf Front Townhome. Questa bella casa può ospitare fino a 14 persone. Offriamo 2 letti king size e 4 letti matrimoniali e un divano letto per il vostro piacere del sonno. Nel maggio 2017 sono stati installati nuovi mobili per cucina e bagno con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito.

Offriamo un minimo da 2 a 4 notti, ad eccezione del 30 maggio 2020, fino al 15 agosto 2020, che è un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti, da sabato a sabato. Offriamo affitti mensili a partire da novembre fino al 28 febbraio.

Nota: la tassa di proprietà di $ 50 è in realtà una commissione di rinuncia per danni accidentali. Attualmente, VRBO non ci consente di inserire una tariffa personalizzata in un campo di testo libero. White Sands is the perfect place to stay with family. Direct access to the beach, close by grocery stores and plenty of dining options. The AC in this unit worked great as well as everything else. The living room furniture needs to be updated and the dining table is not well suited for small children (in all fairness the photos do show that). Overall cleanliness was good but we did notice the top bed covers do not appear to be regularly cleaned. we would certainly stay hear again if we didn't have small children as dining was difficult.

Family Time

We truly enjoyed our week at White Sands. The condo provided the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach...only a minute's walk...beautiful view...and the condo itself was lovely. We spent many hours on the beach and more time eating and playing games at the condo. We had some fine times!!

Perfect location

The location was perfect. communication and check in were easy. we plan on booking this for our family trips from now on. my only complaints would be the house could use a few touch ups- lots of dents and dings around the house, a sectional would would be nice since it’s such a big house that fits so many. I feel like the couch and 2 chairs just aren’t enough. and add a few blankets! other than those small things, the house really is nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our 6 day stay and again the location was perfect!!

Good time

Loved the beachfront nature.Had a great time.Only recommendations would be new couch in living room and did get a couple splinters on back deck so might want to look into replacing that deck at some time in future. Finally, a propane grill over charcoal grill would also be a better option, as all the other condos next to us had propane grills. But again overall we had a great time.

Great House

This house was exceptional in cleanliness. They also have everything you would need in the kitchen. The only problem I had was with the Internet. Not always strong enough for me to get my emails. All in all it was a great rental. Thank you!

Family Retreat at White Sands

Our family stayed at White Sands last week. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the immediate access to the beach and the ability to hose off the sand before re-entering the home. The pre-teen grandkids LOVED having a TV in their bedroom; a real treat for them! The main deck could use a little TLC and a gas grill but otherwise, we were quite pleased with the layout and condition of the home which was plenty spacious for our family of eight. Grandma (me) had the main floor bedroom and private bath to herself (the main floor also has a half bath) while my son, DIL and their 5 children had their privacy upstairs with 2 additional bathrooms. The townhome is also quite soundproof, which was a bonus! The set-up was perfect!

Beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water, and the location and low density condo unit was nice. I would, however, suggest some updated cookware, especially a nicer cookie sheet. Overall, I was very pleased with this unit

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay—great location, amazing views and access to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to paved walking/bike trail, restaurants and shops, yet removed enough to feel quiet. Enjoyed every moment!

Perfect location

My 6 brothers and a few cousins had a get together. We really were impressed with how close we were to the beach. I can not express how much I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and listening to the waves crash on the shore. It is one of the most relaxing times I’ve had in a while. Great place for large groups because there are enough beds and bathrooms.

Friends Beach Trip

We have been going to White Sands for years and I’ll have to say this was not our best trip. Although the property manager was kind and helpful, we made three calls concerning issues we were having. The main issue was the garage door. It would not open which was very inconvenient to have to walk to the beach side after dark to open our door.

We had a great time the townhouse is a great location and a lot has been updated but needs new family room furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced We would stay again if the carpet is changed to tile. But is a beautiful place.

Very nice townhouse on beautiful Pensacola Beach. Plenty of space inside and bed arrangement was great. Kitchen very nice. Wonderful to sit on deck and see the Gulf during day and stars at night. Would have rented for next year but when I turned in key the week we needed to be with our group was already taken.

We've stayed in multiple properties within the White Sands complex. We picked this one due to the full bedroom and bath on the main living floor - it did not disappoint! We had what we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beautiful view.
