  • Portside Villas #35 - Ocean 35 - is a charming Gulf-front townhome on Pensacola Beach, offering the perfect coastal retreat. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath property sleeps up to 8 guests and features an open floor plan that maximizes space and natural light. The kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and a bar area, making it a great spot for preparing meals and socializing. The living room, with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, offers stunning views of the Gulf and opens to a partially covered deck, where there's plenty of seating to enjoy the gulf breeze.

    The master bedroom includes a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step outside from the master onto the deck to enjoy panoramic Gulf views. The guest bedroom is well-appointed with a Queen bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, and it shares access to a full bath with a shower/tub combo.

    Just steps away, a dune walkover provides easy access to the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters. Watch dolphins play in the surf or soak in the vibrant sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the deck. This pet-friendly townhome also offers a spacious garage with plenty of room for storing beach essentials, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.

    Portside Villas also offers a pool and tennis courts in the center of the development.

    Vacationing is simple at Portside Villas as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining (the world famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant is located just down the street) and entertainment.

    Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

The view was amazing!!! The beach is so nice. The garage is fully stocked with beach amenities. The outside shower is great for cleaning off all the sand. The kitchen is very nice .

Great place! Family friendly and very clean! There was some maintenance happening while we were there. It would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have been prepared. Overall, wonderful property and hope to return!

This is a great location. The beach is beautiful, the unit is very nice and gated. We brought our golden doodle (not many places to take a dog out and grass burrs are horrible and sharp - bring a pet comb). That said, a dog beach is right next door. We were there after school started, the beach was not crowded - the dog beaches were busier than the no dog beaches, but still not too crowded.) This condo is close to everything, very nice - we highly recommend it. That said, the FIRM memory foam mattresses were HARD! Who knew memory foam could be hard! We purchased blow-up mattresses at Walmart and placed on top of the very hard mattresses. I would recommend the owner to change those mattresses. Bring your own beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked, but we did buy a flat griddle for the stove and left it for others. The only issue with cleanliness was the vacuum was left out with the tank off - the floor could have had one more vacuum - it’s hard to get all sand up. Maybe quick wet swiffer would get what the vacuum couldn’t. We enjoyed our stay.
