Condominio recentemente rinnovato con coerenti commenti di valutazione "super pulito" !! Questo soggiorno economico sull'isola offre 2 camere da letto / 1. 5 bagni con un re nel master e due letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera da letto che consente di dormire comodamente per 6. L'unità è arredata con gusto e dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a schermo piatto e Internet WiFi.

L'unità è una breve passeggiata, 300 passi, anche se il complesso per la spiaggia privata cammina. Nessuna strada da attraversare! Segui il ponte pedonale sulla laguna delle anatre che ti dirige lungo il sentiero tortuoso sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca zuccherata e sul cristallino Golfo del Messico.

Goditi il tempo presso la complessa piscina, i campi da tennis locali e la pista ciclabile direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Villas on the Gulf si trova in una zona più tranquilla e rilassata della spiaggia. La fermata del tram, situata proprio di fronte, offre un giro gratuito e divertente fino alla famosa Casino Beach, dove potrete godervi una varietà di ristoranti e negozi. Fort Pickens si trova dall'altra parte dell'isola e assolutamente da vedere!

Our place was outstanding! We arrived at the check in time and the instructions we received were easy to follow. Our condo faced Via De Luna and was a short walk to the beach without having to cross the road. We spent most of our time outside on the beach and little in the condo. However, the condo was very inviting after long days outside. It was very simply decorated in a beach theme (surprise!) and not overdone. It was a place I would love to stay in retirement. Overall, it was a 5 star home away for a 5 star relaxing trip.

Me and my 16-year-old granddaughter met my brother who lives in Pensacola to hang out for a few days over spring break. The weather wasn’t the best, but we still had a great time. We loved the condo and all the little extras. There wasn’t anything we needed during our stay it was all there. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a great stay - so much so that we extended our visit one day longer! The condo was very clean and well kept. All needed supplies were available. I appreciated the beach chairs, etc for use! Everything was well labeled and check in was a breeze. Thank you again - we hope to come back!!

A great place and excellent location! This unit has nice parking and easy access to the condo up a straight flight of stairs. Everything was in perfect condition. The beach is a short walk thru the complex, very handy. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time. The condo was very nice inside and comfortable. But it wasn’t exactly beachside. When we booked we had no idea what condo we’d get. The only thing we could go on was where the complex was. And that was a short walk across the entire property. We didn’t really mind it when we were there. But I will say it wasn’t what we expected. We had hoped it be closer. But the owners were so great to us. Provided us with a beach wagon by request. And really just made our stay so comfortable. We didn’t have a lot to do with the cleanup at the end either. I’ve been to some places that require so much. But they just required basic things and had a cleaning crew come after we checked out. Regarding the property. I do think the facilities should have been nicer. The pool chairs were tattered and torn. Paint was chipping off and gets all over you when you sit in them. And I was disappointed that the grounds weren’t a little nicer with more landscaping with a wider variety of plants. Just some suggestions.

My stay at this beach condo was generally pleasant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the sandy beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The condo itself was well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The living room offered a cozy space to relax, and the balcony provided a nice spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedrooms were spacious and had ample storage for our belongings. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of beach activities. However, I did notice an issue with mold in the shower area. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it was a bit off-putting and could be a concern for those sensitive to allergens. I believe addressing this issue would elevate the overall experience. Despite this minor drawback, we enjoyed our time at this beach condo. The location and overall amenities made for a relaxing getaway. With a bit of attention to the shower area, this condo could easily earn a five-star rating.

Great spot for a quick get away. A quick 2-3 minute wal to and from the beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. Response time was quick from the management company as well. Couldn’t have asked for an easier trip and accommodations.

My family and I traveled from Texas to Pensacola and chose Villas on the gulf. We really liked this property. It was very clean and had a great location. The communication with the property manager was amazing. She was very responsive from the time I booked until I left. They do have a decent pond here so if you like fishing- bring your pole. There are plenty of bass and bluegill. We had a wonderful time and my family agreed we will be back next year and hope to stay here again.
