Charming 2 Bedroom Condo on the Water with Sunset Views

Bayfront Condo, 2 Beds + Queen size Serta pull out couch - 6 Person Maximum, 2 Full Baths

Located steps away from the water, you can relax while listening to the sound of waves from your private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, or take a short walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This second floor unit
is a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and private balcony. You can also experience spectacular sunsets from the private balcony if you visit during late Spring, Summer or early Fall. The larger bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed.

The condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach, which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s
most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s.

Just come as you are! We supply many of the amenities you'll need for you to enjoy this modern and well-appointed unit! Including a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, Bose surround sound in the living room, linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. A private bath with a
garden tub is located in the master bedroom. All soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry are supplied. Come and relax in paradise!

The condominium complex includes an outdoor pool, private sandy beach, pond with fountains, and private fishing pier exclusively for guests and residents of Baywatch Condos. Covered parking for 2 cars is provided exclusively for this unit.

We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one was by far the best. Prior to arrival James was checking to make sure the automated messages were being sent as expected. One was missing, so he sent the information directly to us. The amenity was immaculate! The view was fantastic and it had everything we needed. If someone wants to see the right way to be a VRBO host, they should contact James--he could give them a masterclass. 10 out of 10, highly recommend both the property and the host.

We had a really great time staying here. We enjoyed being able to eat in with a great view from the patio. My only recommendation would be leaving enough laundry pods for the number of nights people are staying.

Everything about the condo was as stated if not better fantastic views out the balcony condo was clean plenty of amenities in the room. Nice beach on the Bayside or just cross the street and you’re on the coast.

Clean and easy check in. Nice view and near the water. It would have been nice to have a screen door on the sliding glass door from living area to patio so we could enjoy the breeze.If you have mobility issues, this location could be difficult as we had to carry our heavy luggage up and down three flights of stairs.When ironing clothing, the iron has heavy build up. This damaged a piece of clothing.The condo was very convenient for stay at home meals as well as barbecuing out at the grill provided at the property.Pool was very clean and enjoyable.

The condo was perfect for my son and I. It was very clean and decorated so cute. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cookie sheet. I loved how we could look out the kitchen window and see the ocean. The beds were very soft and comfortable. We loved the bacony. We hope to return next year

Check in was so easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didnt cook there so i really didnt check out the pots and pans. Location was great! Just a heads up, tgere is no elevator and you have to go up 2 floors so pack lightly.

We came for my 70th Birthday My partner and her daughter were in this condo also. It was perfect for our needs. The first night there was a party on the property pretty much all night. Not good for sleep! But the place and the view were beautiful!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! It is in a great location and very close to many restaurants and stores. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is a short walk across the street! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect every time!!

I think I lost count of how many times we have stayed at Gregg and Audrey's beautiful Condo. They are so welcoming every year and make us feel at home. The condo if fully furnished with everything you need. It is perfectly located on the beach and within the property (covered parking is a huge bonus) and beautifully decorated. We stay a full week (it's never enough time), and my family really just enjoys walking across the street and relaxing on the beach, or fishing off the pier. Much of my time in the morning after I run the jogging path is spent on the balcony drinking coffee and reading...and watching the activities in the bay. We saw dolphins every day!This is always our week we look forward to most in the year, and it never disappoints! We started bringing my kids here when they were young teens. They are now grown and busy, but NEVER want to miss out on this trip! It's Perfect!!!

Girl's Trip

My high school girlfriends and I try to spend a few days together every year. We typically like to stay near the water, and this place did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The pool and sandbar on the property was lovely. It is also conveniently located near public beach access, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice from the balcony as well. We will be booking again in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay! The view was gorgeous! My favorite part of the day was watching the sunrise on the back deck, over the water while having coffee in the cutest coffee cups! The condo had plenty of room, it was very clean and you can tell so much went into the decor and small touches all over. The parking was fantastic. It was also steps to Fort Pickens beach and not far from the action of the pier and city life. Check in was a breeze. We loved everything about this stay and this place. Highly recommend.
