Best Location on the Beach! Beach Club 2B - Indoor Heated Pool!

Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo. The emerald green water and sugar white sand are only a few steps away from the cabanas at Beach Club. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and features granite countertops, tile floors, flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer set.

Accommodations comfortably sleep 4 guests. The master suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap

Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Smith family stay

Great place and location! I was extra pleased to see that we were located in the bungalows right on the beach. The beach was easy access and the pool very clean. The condo was great in size. I'd stay here again.

Top Marks for Premier

What a great place! The staff was amazing, the facilities were great, and the views were Spectacular! The unit could use some updates, nothing deal breaking at all. Fresh paint goes a long way, 2nd bedroom TV didn’t connect to Wi-Fi so we couldn’t stream, light over the tub in master bath didn’t work, and the kitchen sink water never got hot. Nothing terrible as the place was just as described. We loved the pools and the short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!! Thank You!!

On the beach

It is right on the beach! Property was beautiful! The few down falls I found were parking, read that we had a covered parking spot, did not. You have to back in to load and unload next to all the dumpsters. The was only one blanket on the king size bed. Non on the queen or bunk bed. Getting a chair in the morning is kinda of a joke. Stock out there for 2 hrs and was told a few time no can't have that one and they didn't have names on them.

Poor unit

The only positive to this unit was the location and double balcony. The unit doesn’t have bbq grill as shown. Downstairs shower did not drain. Bunk was too small for teenager to stretch out. Kids couldn’t sleep on pullout as the couch because it was in such terrible condition that it physically hurts (springs poking through) Also, the pullout flipped up and backwards when we tried laying on it. No locking mechanism- we had to jam the cushions in the gap to make it safe. Major hazard with children. Condo was dirty in general (stains on everything including walls, hairs everywhere.) Elevator is sketchy. We never complained and just accepted it as lesson learned. We had rough morning leaving and forgot to drop off fob/paper parking passes in Dropbox at 6am, we asked if we could mail it back and they charged us 85.00. (35.00 for fob and 50 for printed paper parking passes because of and I quote “paper/ink and the process of printing a new paper. Wow!! Thanks Premier

Spring Break 2021

One of the final deciding factors that helped us pick this unit over several other similar ones was the balcony grill that is visible in the pictures. Turns out this unit did not have a grill. :-( There are a few small maintenance items that could be done to make this unit better. Touch up paint in a few places, upstairs toilet seat was loose, fridge needs adjusted so do doesn't continue to open until it hits the wall, some kitchen utensil were dirty, hallways outside the unit were a little dirty, and it would be nice to have some rugs near the doors to collect some sand. These items were very small and did not affect our trip. The overall resort property was great. Indoor pool was nice when it was a cool day, outside pool and hot tub were great when it was warmer. Beach proximity and condition were wonderful. Shelby (the beach chair attendant) was always helpful with weather info, and reminders to wear sunscreen. It was nice that there were lifeguards patrolling the beach during the day. We would definitely consider staying here if we return to the area.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location, heated indoor pool, and hot tub was why we chose this property. We came from Michigan, where many things are still shut down (making our kids stir crazy). The location and proximity to the beach was amazing. I enjoyed my coffee every morning listening to the ocean waves and sun rise. A couple comments I would make to those considering staying here: 1) Condo can sleep 7, but I would not recommend this as the dining/kitchen/living area was just the right size for 4-5 people. 2) The outdoor pool is not heated December-February. A different owner (on AirBNB) told us the outdoor pool was heated all year. This wasn’t correct. However, it wasn’t a deal breaker since we had the indoor pool/hot tub. 3) The indoor pool is only available for “family time“ from noon to 6pm each day. I found this adequate, but felt it is worth mentioning because we arrived after 6 and our kids wanted to go to the indoor pool so badly. You also cannot have pool toys in the indoor pool, which was fine with us. 4) There were some things “broken”. We will message management company shortly. The upstairs shower was not working correctly, towel hook was broken, and the sink drain upstairs was broken (didn’t impair usability though). 5) The TV remotes were odd, but still worked. You just had to push the buttons really hard. 6) There is absolutely zero carpet/rugs. I totally understand this, but it would have helped to have a rug runner in entry way to trap sand. We were constantly sweeping up the sand. Bring slippers if you are used to and like carpeted floors! Overall, we had a wonderful time! We would definitely consider staying here again! The beach was great, shelling was great, and overall great. I would note also you can walk to many restaurants in the area : )

Enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful time-the view from this condo is amazing from both the main floor and the master bedroom balconies. Definitely the highlight of this property! Just a few suggestions for the kitchen-have a better can opener (the one there doesnt work), the refrigerator door had issues closing all the way, there was no broom to clean the floor during our stay.

Great location!

Great location! This is our 6th visit to The Beach Club, but first booking with premier. While Management was very responsive we encountered issues never experienced before that are just additional things you’d rather not deal with on vacation. Should change check in/out policy, While they do have a drop box, check in is 4pm office closes at 5. Check out is 10am office opens at 9am. This limited window poses issues if you are flying In or out. The condo was also very sparsely stocked ie....limited towels, no kitchen towels and very few dishes or glassware. Luckily we are pretty handy and made due. We called it MacGyver week!

Great View & Location but condo can use some TLC

We had two adults and 3 kids staying in the condo. We had a great time and the view is unbeatable! Based on the rental price, we expected more from the condo interior. Pros: - Beachfront - Location - walk to restaurants and shops -Very Spacious - master on separate floor with beach view - Nice Pool and kids liked having a deep end - Professional Spa - great massage! - Beautiful gym - Low Floor so didn't need to use elevator Cons: - Water damage on master ceiling - Master bedroom lamps had cobwebs and not dusted - Missing/Broken kitchen basics - No spatula, oven mitts and can opener didn't work - Living room furniture/rug is outdated and not comfortable - Only 4 chairs and one small round table for eating. With a condo this large, you would expect more chairs and larger table. - Surrounding condos left their floats and boogie boards in the walkway and we constantly had to move them to get to our room. We reported this to the staff but it never got better. - TV Remote Control was missing batteries. Once batteries were added, the remotes are the most difficult to use! You have to press the buttons hard, multiple times to get it to register what you clicked. Very difficult to change channels. - Wifi didn't work and we were given the # to call the Internet Provider ourselves to have corrected. After pushing back, they gave us the Wifi info to connect to surrounding rooms. Even after connecting, Wifi barely worked.

Good Location for Walking to Restaurants

A good stay. Good location for walking to restaurants/stores. Appreciated perk of free Dolphin Cruise. My only recommendations for improvement- clean/grease sliding door track(very hard to move) and the living room area rug/furniture are worn/old.
