Palm Beach Club 225 is a gorgeously decorated, lofted condo located across the street from the beach and gazebos, providing stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Also, right next door is a kid-friendly beach on the sound with no waves and shallow waters, perfect for little kids to paddleboard, swim, and explore. They'll even have a pirate ship playground to enjoy while you relax under a gazebo.

This beautiful retreat is the perfect accommodation for any occasion, providing plenty of room for you and your loved ones to spread out. With elegant and fresh décor and furnishings, pops of color, and a welcoming ambiance throughout, you will fall in love with Palm Beach Club 225. When days heat up, the shared pool will be just the place to soak up the sunshine and crack open a new novel. When days come to a close, watch the sky change colors from the balcony and whip up a favorite recipe in the well-equipped kitchen.

Sitting on the main drag of Pensacola Beach, you will be in the heart of all the action here. When you want to venture out, head over to Park West and watch the waves crash on the shore. When everyone has had their fill of beach time, make the quick three-mile drive to Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and try and catch a big one with the locals. While in the area, you will also have plentiful dining and shopping options!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girls Trip!

My friends and I had an amzing time at our stay. There were 3 of us and we each had our own room and our own bathroom! It felt like we were secluded from all the touristy type places but they were just a short ride down the road! The condo was very clean and the property felt very safe.

Great location, quiet end of beach, no crowds

Dust and mildew, fixtures and curtains in master bath broken, mildew and scum in washer, light fixtures and walls very dusty. Would not rent this unit again. Wasted a whole day dealing with problems.

Great area!

When we arrived in the condo, everything looked good walking in. There were a few things that needed attention, like the area rugs were all curled up in the corners, so I called and Rabecca took care of that problem.The rugs were all stained and the floors were dirty. Rabecca did mention bringing in someone to clean better, but I really didn’t want people in the condo with all of our belongings already inside. Great area, just too many stairs to climb for us snowbirds to use the bathroom.Good size place for a family to rent.Right on the beach!

Location is great and the layout is good for families with kids (5-10 age range)

We enjoyed the location and layout. Some minor inexpensive improvements are needed especially when it comes to the king bathroom shower and two bedrooms that I have shared with the property manager. I hope they take my suggestions. Make sure you bring a hairdryer, k-cups or coffee and filters, sugar, salt, pepper and if you have younger kids, kid safe cups and plates.

Excellent location - M Bath shower not as pictured

We rented this for the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was outstanding. There was plenty of room. However, the master bathroom as pictured showed a garden tub with a shower. But, the unit did not have a garden tub, or a shower curtain. Only a crazy open shower with no curtain. Made it very, very difficult to shower without getting water everywhere

The property was very nice. The view of the gulf & the bay was spectacular. The internet did not work, so no TV. The master shower was so revealing we could not use it. Other than that it was great.

Perfect location

The property location was excellent. We were very surprised and happy with the layout of the condo. Everybody had privacy but plenty of room when we wanted to spend time together on the main level. I would suggest if you want to do a lot of cooking to pack some of your favorite items. Lots of wine, glasses and plates And cutlery. Very limited on. Other things like cutting boards of admits baking sheets. I was told by property management that the unit is going to be renovated so I’m excited to stay again. See what changes they’ve made and hopefully the kitchen has a little bit more cook friendly items for the next visit. I will definitely make sure that I take some of my favorite items with me just for convenience. But we may do thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The condo backed up to the bay area, which was nice to decks so you could relax see the boats come in and out of the bay area. in the beach is just across the street with a short walk or plenty of parking for that as well. They do have grills across the street at the beach parking area so if you want to grill things, they have grills and picnic tables.

Loved the location and the loving space

We were very happy staying here. It was clean and had plenty of space. The view of the sound was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short—just across the road. We would stay here again. Some maintenance and repairs would make it even better.

It was great! Very pretty area and not much to complain about. All I can say bad is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain and when I contacted the people they said they would fix this and get one out to us and we never got one. Besides that thought, that was a great trip!

Quick getaway

Wonderful location with easy Beach & Bay access. Condo had some wear but was clean…the window blinds in master bath need fixing or replaced because it lacked privacy. Otherwise, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee maker…appreciated the dish & laundry soaps.
