Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up directly on the sand behind the home, allowing guests to move easily between the shoreline, the private pool, and the living spaces throughout the day.

Outdoor living is thoughtfully integrated throughout the home, with Gulf-front balconies on the second and third floors, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days, and a private heated pool positioned just off the main living level.
