Questo "Island Pad" è un grande open space 4br / 4ba diretto sulla spiaggia di casa. Questo è passi e poi la sabbia - con un enorme ponte di fronte alla spiaggia che attraversa la larghezza della casa! Questo è su una spiaggia di 100 piedi sulla famosa Ariola Drive sulla spiaggia di Pensacola, a ovest non c'è casa solo un piccolo accesso pubblico, quindi è una posizione perfetta! La casa è una nuova acquisizione per i proprietari entusiasti, è stato aggiornato con alcuni nuovi mobili e decorazioni, quindi è carino e conveniente per una casa sulla spiaggia. Se pensavi di aver perso l'occasione per una casa sulla spiaggia, ora hai una seconda possibilità!

Ci sono due master suite che sono camere da letto sul Golfo con bagno privato.  Il primo ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto a una piazza e mezza e può ospitare 4 persone con bagno completo.   Il secondo ha anche un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo. La prima camera interna ha una doppia XL su un letto a castello matrimoniale e un'altra doppia su un letto a castello gemello, quella camera da 5 posti letto e ha un nuovissimo bagno completo. L'ultima camera da letto interna ha una doppia XL sul letto a castello matrimoniale con bagno completo e una doppia pieghevole, 4 posti letto. Il soggiorno ha un grande soffitto della cattedrale con un piano aperto, un grande tavolo, un nuovo divano a sezione, nuovi sgabelli da bar per i posti a sedere della cucina dell'isola e questo porta al punto culminante della casa che è il Gulf Front Deck. Il ponte si estende per tutta la larghezza della casa ed è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, fare grigliate e godersi le meravigliose viste sulla spiaggia!

Our family had a great time! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and a very well stocked kitchen. My only wish was that it had a ice maker which would have eliminated several trips to the store to restock our coolers. The view and weather were fabulous!

The house was great but found out at the last minute we had to pay a large amount because we had a wedding. I emailed the owner 3 times to ask about wedding and no answer and at the last minute we had to pay a large amount. That we were prepared for. There are snakes all around the sand dunes around the house. We saw 3 while we were there. House was great except lights above island did not work and the ceiling fans were bad dirty.

PNW & GA Meet in Pensacola

Amazing house for our 3-family get together! Great location and just far enough away from town to avoid the craziness. Come prepared with the essentials though - sponge to wash dishes, extra toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom), paper towels/napkins and if you're lucky the can opener we had to buy will still be there. Also the towels are a bit thin, so be prepared to do laundry. Even with all these details in mind, I would still highly recommend the house to friends and family simply because of the location and view.

Perfect beach house!

This place was a dream in the best location. You just can't beat Pensacola Beach and with this house, you are right on it. The private boardwalk was an added bonus and the house, in general, was very accommodating. If you like to cook on vacation the kitchen is stocked which is nice. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Perfect Pensacola

Great stay first week of August in Pensacola. Property is exceptionally stocked—from dish ware for 20+, blender, and all kitchen devices you may need. Additional ice maker (similar to an Opal) is almost worthless—you will definitely need to purchase from a nearby vendor if stocking coolers which should be expected. Very open floor plan with four bedrooms (2 each side) each with own bathroom. Nicely updated, received no complaints from anyone about bedding/linens. Huge deck with bbq(didn’t use, I don’t bbq with propane!) and seating for the whole party. Nicest surprise was tons of beach gear secured in the garage—kayak, surfboard, boogie and skim boards, chairs, and tons of little kid stuff too(didn’t use). Enclosed shower in the parking area made clean up a breeze after returning from the beach. Overall, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in P’cola. I highly recommend LazyDays beach service for chairs /umbrellas and other paddleboards or kayaks. They put them out by 9 and retrieve them for you at the end of the day. We were here at the end of the summer, so the next-door public access wasn’t ideal, but not much of a crowd for us so not a problem. Only issue we had was the oven has trouble closing—rests about 1/2” open unless delicately placed fully closed. Nice range though with 8 burners if I remember correctly.

Family get-away

This property was perfect location- just far enough from town for an exclusive fun family time, but just close enough to run into town for activities and restaurant dinners! Love that it’s directly on the beach and has a nice big open cement area under the house too! All the rooms were just what we needed, and great details with the renovation! Fully stocked! Kitchen had everything we needed!! We would stay here again!

Warning Public Access

We rented this house for a family wedding and took our adult children for the weekend. The house is lovely and very accommodating. There is a problem with the large stove. I have a commercial grade stove, so I know how to operate one. The large oven in this house can not be turned on without setting a timer which is not normal. There is a green binder in the kitchen with directions on how to operate the stove, so be aware of this problem. We were not aware of this problem and so we had to call maintenance. Once they came, they showed us the binder and taught us how to turn on the oven. Also, there is a public access to the beach right next to the home. We were willing to pay the expense of this home because of the convenience of walking right out to the beach. We did not give a lot of thought to the fact that the public beach access is right next to where you would set up for the day on the beach. On Saturday, we were forced to move down the opposite direction of the public beach, because of the crowds, and the type of crowds that set up within 3 feet of us. Obviously, we were not expecting a private beach, but we had not walked through this possibility. Overall, the house is lovely and the 4 bedroom/4 bath was perfect for us and our 3 children.

Beautiful Views! Beautiful House!!

Just steps away from the Gulf is the highlight of this house but the inside is fabulous too!! This house has everything! Well stocked, plenty of seating to enjoy the view. Clean, bright and very spacious! The deck is huge and perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I give this property an A++ and would rent it over and over again! Great for families or groups of friends!
